에러 발생 시 현재 유저의 권한이 Oracle을 사용하지 못해 발생하는 문제
따라서 oracle유저로 $ORACLE_HOME/bin/oracle 의 permission 이 6755 인지 확인 필요
6755권한이 아닐 경우 아래와 같은 작업 필요
